Here's a few answers to frequently asked questions...                 

  • Air-Conditioning: Adjustable between 18 and 28 degrees
  • Hair-dryer: Located in your wardrobe
  • Iron & Ironing board: Located in your wardrobe
  • Minibar, tea & coffee facilities: Replenished daily. Located below the television.
  • Pillows, blankets & towels: Extra blankets, towels and a range of pillows are available.
  • Safe: Located in your wardrobe.
  • Voltage is 240 volts. An adapter is available for your use.
  • The hotel is entirely non-smoking.

Housekeeping do more than just clean your room, they are the army that keep the hotel looking great.

  • Same Day: Available 7 days. Collection 9:00am. Returned by 6:30pm. Sunday and public holiday surcharge apply.
  • Express: Available Mon-Sat. Garments collected between 9:00am - 12:00pm returned by 6:30pm. 50% surcharge apply.
  • 3 hours express: Available Mon-Sat. Garments collected between 9:00am - 12:00pm returned by 6:30pm. 50% surcharge apply.
  • Overnight: Available Sun-Fri. Garments collected before 9:00pm returned by 9:00am next day. 150% surcharge apply.
  • Pressing: 25% discount from dry cleaning prices.

Our gym features 3 running machines, 2 cross-trainers, 3 upright bikes, a multi-gym, free weights and rowing machine. Open 24 hours.

For those wanting to cool off, the wet section of the health club features a 15 metre swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Open from 5:00am - 10:00pm daily.

Located on the Mezzanine level, and can be accessed with your room key card. Towels & Lockers are available.

BUSINESS CENTRE

Located on the Mezzanine level, the business centre is available for all of your business needs.

Computer and internet use is available 24/7.

Facsimiles, photocopying and other business services can be requested through concierge or reception.

  • Dialling another room: Dial 8 followed by the 4 digit room number.
  • Voicemail: A flashing light indicates you have a message. To access, dial 7 and follow the prompts.
  • Wi-fi: To access WiFi in your room, input your 4 digit room number and the password is your surname.

EMERGENCIES

In the case of an emergency, remain calm and follow directions on the announcement or staff. If you require any assistance, make yourself known to a member of staff or dial '1'.

In the event of an evacuation or fire, do not use elevators, do not take anything with you.

In the event of fire, if not safe to evacuate, remain in you room, dial '1', and wait for assistance.
