Radisson Hotels has activated our crisis response teams worldwide and has strong processes and support teams in place. Along with a team of experts, we have reviewed our existing health and safety processes and developed the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol.

This in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol was created in partnership with SGS and is designed to ensure your safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out.

what are the new protocols?

We have implemented physical social distancing measures throughout the hotel.

We have increase cleaning and disinfection frequency of all hotel areas, paying special attention to high touch areas.

We have implemented improved air circulation processes to increase air quality.

We have installed stations with alcohol based hand sanitizer and gloves in the front entrance and hotel public areas.

We are ensuring room keys are disinfected and presented safely upon check in.

Door hangers describing what cleaning and disinfection procedures have been implemented in each room.

We have provided travel-sized hand sanitisers as an in room amenity during your stay.

Your TV remote control has been sanitised for your protection and a single use sanitiser wipe is provided for guest use.

We have washed all linen at high temperatures for optimal disinfection.

We made sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available to all guests in the fitness and wellness areas.

We have made Express Check Out processes available for guests to minimise contact.

We offer cash-free methods of payments to minimise contact.

We are offering individually packaged or Grab & Go food options

All our tables have been spaced safely apart in all restaurants and bars to ensure social distancing.

We are serving all food and beverage respecting strict food safety procedures.

All our rooms have sealed minibars to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of the minibar on your arrival.

We have conducted comprehensive hygiene and prevention training programs for each team member.
